Where do you want to go?

I love to travel but my school year schedule makes it a bit tricky. I don’t work in a July but July is the most gorgeous time of year in the Pacific Northwest. Such a dilemma.

I found this website yesterday and it has me thinking about armchair traveling. So many lists of books set in so many countries!

I don’t really need to add to my TBR pile but I am starting with the Iceland list. Where do you want to travel?

  1. That sounds like a very sensible and affordable way to travel (not to mention that you don’t have to deal with the hassles of packing or actually traveling to your destination)!

  2. I’d love to go to Iceland. My daughter is going in July and I’m very excited for her.

  3. There are so many intriguing places and books on tale_away that I can’t decide! Even the list of books set in each state in the US is interesting.

  4. Travel ANYWHERE (any way — real, book, imagined) is wonderful! I’d love to go to Iceland, and Tom and I are actually talking about the possibility for someday. But this summer? Alaska!

  5. I’m all for armchair travel – and love the idea of exploring some new places without having to pack a suitcase or suffer through the airport!
