30 days of thankful #19

I love words. And paper and pens and stickers. There was a time when I sank deep into the scrapbooking world. And then there was a time when I found I just needed to get rid of a lot of that stuff because the stuff was getting in the way of putting the pen to paper and capturing the words. Today I am thankful for this beautiful little notebook where I can write quotes and scripture, make lists, and journal about questions and ideas. And every once in awhile I add a colorful sticker because you know I didn’t get rid of everything!

Speaking of words, are you thinking about a word for 2020?

  1. Love the page and thanks for sharing your inspiration for a super fun and significant way to use stickers – we all probably have too many! Yep! I think I’ve selected my 2020 word… now, if I can only remember what it is…hmmm!
    Cheers~

  2. I think the reason I’ve never gotten into bullet journals or scrapbooking is that all the stuff seems like it would get in the way of just putting pen to paper and getting the words out. That said, I do like your little character!

I’ve never done a word for the year before, but I think 2020 will be the year I start — and I think I already have my word!

  3. Like your sticker and love the quote! I have started thinking about a word for 2020 – I need to do a better job of picking one this year.

  4. I love happy little journals! (And I share your love of paper, pens, stickers, etc.) I have started thinking about my word for 2020. I think I’ve decided . . .

  5. Yes to words, paper, pens, stickers, and above all journals. I am working my way toward a new word for 2020. Each year, that one special word becomes more valuable to me.
