When I wrote that title I wondered if I should make notebook plural. There are multiple notebooks in my life but this cover has been front and center for a few months. It currently holds a weekly planner (similar to the weeks but a bit larger) and two inserts, one for journaling and one for health and wellness. The journal is nearly full and a new one is ready. The health and wellness notebook needs some TLC. In my weekly notebook, I am working on meal planning, tracking events, books, and lists. It is printed with a Monday start but a few weeks ago I wrote over the days so I could have a Sunday start. Inspired by Katie, I am also doing a reflection of the prior week on Sunday evening.
When the stay home life began, I was doing really well with meal planning. This last month, I have really fallen off track. This week, my big task is to revisit what was working and get organized. My daughters often text me recipes or meals they have made. I suggested they might create weekly meal plans and send them to me but I don’t think that will happen. Now I am collecting their texts and revisiting some meal planning ideas found here. I am also trying to eat a plant based diet. Minimalist Baker is my go to for dinner ideas. All of these ideas and planning will happen inside the health and wellness insert. I started an ideas page on Sunday. If I can keep doing a notebook focused post on Mondays, I will be sure to share that with you too.
